The corporate operative-management structure hinges on four main divisions, each coordinated by the general management and providing specific services: administration area, legal area, technical/commercial area and communications area. In particular, customer/user satisfaction is a key element in the growth and success of the company, whose 30 employees mark high levels of efficiency: approximately one employee every 4,500 users and every 900,000 Euros of sales. From the logistics-organizational point of view, all corporate activities are performed and managed in the administrative/directional headquarters in Conegliano and, in part, in the 4 branches located in the municipalities of Pieve di Soligo, Oderzo, Valdobbiadene and Vittorio Veneto. In addition, it has 26 itinerant eco-desks that provide capillary support for the needs of the user base. |
